How HAKU Interviews
As we design ‘Structured Interviews’ for our clients, our interview structures are quite well designed.
Before you are coming to our interview, please keep these tips in mind.
Tell your history
Rather than asking your future career plannings or case study questions, our ‘structured interviews’ focus on your past experience, because past doesn’t lie. We may ask you about your future but it’s just to understand your preference. Our selection and evaluation scheme is mostly focused on your past.
Be in detail
We would like to know deeply how you were working in your previous workplaces (or studying/working on projects if you are a fresh graduates). So please be ready to tell us your stories with specific examples with exact data and figures and numbers. Not just for your achievement, but also for the process and environment you were in.
Focus on process
We understand that you have achieved many of significant works. But rather than focusing on the results – for example if you are a sales person, ‘sales revenue amount’ or ‘goal achievement rate’, please focus on ‘how you achieve the outcome’, ‘how you involve your team members or bosses or subordinates on your success’, ‘what was the difficulties and major issues and how you solved it’, and ‘why you are the one who could achieve it (not other people)’.
